Sign up for the following benefits without any health applications or questions:

  • Optional Term life insurance at one or two times your annual salary.  (You can apply for an Optional Term Life Insurance policy at three or four times your annual salary, but you must go through the evidence of insurability process.)
  • Voluntary Accidental Death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage

  • Short- and Long-term Disability insurance
  • TexFlex Flexible Spending Account – Health Care and Flexible Spending Account – Dependant Day Care

During Your first 90 Days

  • Your health coverage is effective the first day of the month following your 90th day on the job.
  • You can sign up for Long-term Care Insurance with no evidence of insurability (EOI).  EOI is always required for family members.
