The Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Houston prepares graduates to develop the processes used to manufacture products and materials, as well as manage the consequences of these processes through pollution control and hazardous waste management.
Students specialize in one of six areas: chemical process engineering, biotechnology, process control, electronic materials, environmental engineering and petroleum engineering.
