The focus of the Huber research group is to develop new catalytic pathways for conversion of biomass into fuels and chemicals.  In this presentation we will discuss three different catalytic conversion technologies that we have worked on in the Huber research group including 1: catalytic conversion of biomass into α,ω-diols, 2: ethanol conversion into distillate fuels, and 3: supercritical methanol dehydration and hydrodeoxygenation of biomass into mono-alcohols.
