All applicants must have received credit from an accredited institution for courses, which are at least equivalent to the following University of Houston courses:

CHEM 1331-1332 Fundamentals of Chemistry
CHEM 1111-1112 Fundamentals of Chemistry Laboratory
PHYS 1321 Physics I
PHYS 1322 Physics II
MATH 1431 Calculus I
MATH 1432 Calculus II
MATH 2433 Calculus III
MATH 3321 Math for Engineers

Basic Engineering Courses:

CHEE 1331 Computing for Engineers
MECE 3400 Introduction to Mechanics
ENGI 2334 Introduction to Thermodynamics
CHEE 3363 Elementary Fluid Mechanics

Prerequisites for each of these courses must be met before the course can be taken.
